When filing the nomination paper according to section 20 of the Act, the candidate should submit the following documents along with the nomination paper:-(a) Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate or voter ID card, (b) Copy of the name included in the voter list, (c) Receipt or voucher for depositing the deposit according to Section 70 of the Act, (d) Formal letter according to Sub-section (4) of Section 18 of the Act in case of party candidate.
